RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once this period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same excellent original condition as when received, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email confirming the receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe
